The Alpha course is probably one of the most successful introductions to the Christian faith ever produced.  As such it is clearly geared towards those who would quite simply like to know more.  It runs over a fourteen week period and covers questions like:

                              Who is Jesus?

                              Why and how do I pray?

                              How can I resist evil?

                              How does God guide us?

                              How can I make the most of the rest of my life?

                                                                                         ..and many others!

At OBC we have been running these courses for over a decade, and find them as helpful and as stimulating as ever.  Above all they are a lot of fun, as people get together after a meal to watch a DVD presentation and then get down to a 'no holds barred' discussion of some of the most important issues to affect our lives.
